Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 3 medium unpeeled potatoes, cleaned
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • paprika

Method

  • Combine onion, celery and butter in an 8-inch square baking dish.
  • Cover with waxed paper.
  • Microwave on High for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are just about tender.
  • Thinly slice potatoes into baking dish; mix lightly.
  • Cover and microwave on High for 10 to 12 minutes or until potatoes are tender; stir once. Add garlic salt, pepper, cheese and seasonings; mix lightly. Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Microwave on High for 1 to 2 minutes, uncovered.
