Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 sticks butter
- 16 oz. jar raspberry preserves
Method
- Work flour, butter and sugar together with hands.
- Put 2/3 of mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Spread one pound jar of raspberry preserves over mixture.
- Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until slightly brown.
