Ingredients
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 6 Tbsp. milk
- 3 pkg. Leo's sliced beef
- 3/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 6 Tbsp. oleo
- 6 Tbsp. dried minced onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Set cream cheese out to soften.
- Combine cream cheese and milk; mix well.
- Stir in cubed beef, green pepper, onion and seasonings; blend well.
- Fold in sour cream.
- Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- When ready to serve, bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Top with chopped pecans that have been sauteed in 6 tablespoons oleo.
- Serve hot with Wheat Thins.
