Ingredients

  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 6 Tbsp. milk
  • 3 pkg. Leo's sliced beef
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 6 Tbsp. oleo
  • 6 Tbsp. dried minced onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Method

  • Set cream cheese out to soften.
  • Combine cream cheese and milk; mix well.
  • Stir in cubed beef, green pepper, onion and seasonings; blend well.
  • Fold in sour cream.
  • Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • When ready to serve, bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Top with chopped pecans that have been sauteed in 6 tablespoons oleo.
  • Serve hot with Wheat Thins.
