Ingredients
- 6 c. rhubarb
- 8 slices white bread, cut in 1/2-inch cubes (4 c.)
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Heat oven to 375°.
- Combine all ingredients, except cinnamon and coconut.
- Toss lightly to mix.
- Spread mixture into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Sprinkle coconut and cinnamon on top.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
