Ingredients
- 2 cups brown rice
- 2 cups chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Method
- Cook rice according to directions.
- Add onion, garlic, sesame oil, and lime juice.
- Mix well.
- Cover and let sit for 7 minutes.
- Salt to taste.
