Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. sliced ham or 1 can luncheon meat
- 1 onion, minced
- 4 to 6 Irish potatoes
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. cheese, grated
- 1 c. sweet milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Put ham in bottom of dish. Top with onion and potatoes, then half of the flour, salt, pepper and cheese.
- Repeat all ingredients.
- Heat milk with butter and rest of flour and pour over all.
- Bake, covered, at 350° for 40 minutes, then 30 minutes, uncovered, with catsup.
- Yields 4 to 6 servings.
