Method

  • Chicken meat cut thin, thin scallops (if they are to home cooking), mix all ingredients in a Bowl (Chopped garlic, Salt, Black Pepper, Cayenne pepper ground, Cardamom, Clove, Nutmeg, Natural Yogurt, Lemon juice or vinegar, sumac or paprika) and let marinate for an hour at least, the overnight works best
