Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. ground almonds
- 1 c. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
Method
- Using beater, cream butter and sugar.
- Add almonds, flour, salt and extract.
- Mix with hands into small balls.
- Roll enough to make dough stick together.
- Line
- a cookie sheet with foil. Preheat oven to 300°.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until light brown.
- While warm, roll in confectioners sugar.
