Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 2 c. pecan bits
Method
- Cream butter, sugar and salt until fluffy.
- Stir in flour and nuts.
- Roll into balls, about 1 teaspoon of dough for each cookie. Bake at 250° for 1 hour. Do not overbake.
- Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
- Makes 3 dozen cookies.
