Ingredients
- 1/4 c. soft cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp. Mexican seasoning
- 4 flour tortillas (6-inch)
- 8 American cheese singles
- salsa
Method
- Mix cream cheese, cilantro and seasonings until well blended. Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture over each tortilla. Place 2 cheese singles on each tortilla.
- Roll tightly.
- Cut each tortilla in sixths.
- Serve with salsa.
