Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag chocolate bark (4 to 6 sq.)
  • 1 lb. caramel (individually wrapped sq.)
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans

Method

  • Melt chocolate in microwave about 90 seconds; stir well. Continue to melt in microwave in 15 second intervals until completely melted, stirring well.
  • After melted, place on top of boiler of heated water.
  • Melt caramel in microwave about 1 minute, only enough so that you may stir it.
  • Do not overheat! Mix caramel and pecans together to form little patties or balls, whichever you prefer.
  • Using a fork, dip the caramel and pecans into the chocolate and drop on aluminum foil.
  • Cool completely. Makes about 3 to 4 dozen.
