Ingredients

  • 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can peas
  • 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can French-style green beans
  • 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can whole kernel white corn
  • 1 c. carrots, chopped fine or grated
  • 1/2 c. onions, chopped fine
  • 1 medium pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. celery seed

Method

  • Drain all vegetables,
  • chop
  • vegetables that have to be chopped.
  • Bring to a
  • boil the sugar, vinegar, salad oil, salt and celery seed.
  • Let
  • cool.
  • Mix
  • all together and let set 24 hours before eating.
  • Can eat if sets overnight.
