Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 can cherry pie filling (large)
- 1 box Duncan Hines cake mix
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 c. nuts
Method
- Pour whole can of
- pineapple
- and
- juice into bottom of large Pyrex dish and
- spread
- evenly.
- Add
- cherry pie filling over top of pineapple. Add
- dry
- cake
- mix over top of mixture evenly. Take 2 sticks
- of margarine and cut into thin slices; place in rows over mixture. Sprinkle with nuts.
- Cook at 350° for 1 hour. Serve with Cool Whip.
