Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 sq. chocolate or 6 Tbsp. cocoa plus 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- dash of salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Heat milk and chocolate on low.
- When chocolate is melted, beat until smooth.
- Combine sugar, flour and salt.
- Gradually stir into milk and chocolate and cook 5 minutes, stirring until thickened.
- Remove from heat.
- Add butter and vanilla and serve hot or cold.
- Real good over ice cream or cake.
