Ingredients
- 6 well beaten eggs
- 1 small can bean sprouts, drained
- 1 c. meat, cooked and diced (beef, pork and chicken)
- 1 small onion or green onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Melt teaspoon butter in 6-inch skillet.
- Pour 1/2 cup mixture in skillet.
- Cook until set. Brown on edges.
- Turn and brown on other side.
- Serve with cooked rice.
