Ingredients
- 180g of swordfish per person
- Title:Dressing
- 1 cup of chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- salt and pepper
Method
Allow 180g of swordfish, 2cm thick, per person.
Make a dressing with a cup of chopped flat-leaf parsley, a quarter cup of extra virgin olive oil, 3 minced garlic cloves, salt and pepper. Sit the swordfish steaks in this dressing for a couple of minutes. Cook on a hot grill for a minute on each side. Remove and spoon remaining dressing on the steaks.
To serve
Season and serve with lemon and a Greek or simple leaf salad.
