Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. cornbread mix
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 to 4 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Season ground meat according to your taste.
- Fry until all redness is gone, and drain any fat.
- Prepare cornbread mix according to instructions on package.
- Add can of cream-style corn to cornbread mix and mix well into batter.
