Ingredients
- 2 cans pinto beans (any brand you prefer)
- 6 pats cream cheese
- Any flavor salsa to taste
- Cheese, shredded, to taste
Method
- Heat beans and salt in large frying pan.
- Add in pats of cream cheese.
- Mash with potato masher.
- Add in salsa and cheese to taste.
- Serve as a dip or possibly use in tortillas as burritos.
