Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. grated horseradish (from 1 large root)
- 3/4 c. white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Wash the horseradish well, then peel off all brown skin using a vegetable peeler.
- Grate or chop enough of horseradish to equal 1 1/2 cups.
- Mix with the rest of ingredients.
- Pack into jars, store in refrigerator and let mellow for 2 weeks.
