  • 34-1 cup vegan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup firm tofu
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper

Method

  • Heat oven to 350.
  • oil an 8x8 pan.
  • saute onions in oil on medium heat.
  • add garlic, kale, broccoli, carrots, vegetable stock, soy sauce and salt.
