Ingredients
- use tenderized or smoked picnic ham
- 10 c. hot water
Method
- Put ham in large roaster, adding 10 cups hot water.
- Put in cold oven.
- Turn heat to 500° and bake 30 minutes.
- Turn oven off for 1 hour.
- Turn on again for 30 minutes.
- Turn off and leave in oven overnight.
- Seal with heavy foil before baking.
