Ingredients
- 3 lb. beef (chunked)
- 1 1/2 cans gold mushroom soup (Campbell's)
- 1 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
- 3/4 c. Burgundy wine
- 1 c. or more button mushrooms
Method
- Preheat oven at 300°.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Put into 3-quart casserole.
- Put in oven and cook for 3 hours.
- Stir once during cooking time.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles.
