Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
  • 1 pkg. dry taco seasoning
  • 1 can kidney beans, heated
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 2 to 4 medium tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 pkg. Doritos
  • taco sauce or salad dressing

Method

  • Cut up lettuce, onion and tomatoes in big bowl.
  • Add cheese. Break up chips.
  • Add dry seasoning to hamburger and stir well. Add hamburger and beans to lettuce.
  • Toss and serve.
  • Best when hot.
  • Serve with taco sauce or favorite salad dressing.
