Ingredients
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. cold water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. wine (sherry, Port or Madeira)
Method
- Soak gelatin in cold water.
- Dissolve sugar in boiling water, then add gelatin to boiling water.
- Add wine and lemon juice. Pour in mold and place in refrigerator.
