Ingredients
- 2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. diced celery
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
- 1 medium size bag potato chips
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped (almonds, pecans or water chestnuts may be used)
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. chopped onion
Method
- Mix all ingredients and pour into baking dish.
- Reserve 1/4 of chips to crumble on top.
- Bake 20 minutes in a 400° oven.
