Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 lb Beef stew meat
  • 4 x Carrots
  • 2 lrg Onions
  • 1 c. Thinly sliced celery
  • 1 cl Garlic,chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme
  • 1 c. Dry red wine
  • 1 c. Sliced fresh mushrooms

Method

  • Blend sauce with flour in 3 quart.
  • baking dish.Cut meat into cubes,add in to sauce mix.
  • Cut carrots into chunks,slice onions,and add in along with celery,garlic,pepper,marjoram, thyme,and red wine;add in to meat.Oven simmer @ 325 degrees for 1 hour.Then add in mushrooms and bake 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till tender.
