Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 2 lb Beef stew meat
- 4 x Carrots
- 2 lrg Onions
- 1 c. Thinly sliced celery
- 1 cl Garlic,chopped
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Marjoram
- 1/4 tsp Thyme
- 1 c. Dry red wine
- 1 c. Sliced fresh mushrooms
Method
- Blend sauce with flour in 3 quart.
- baking dish.Cut meat into cubes,add in to sauce mix.
- Cut carrots into chunks,slice onions,and add in along with celery,garlic,pepper,marjoram, thyme,and red wine;add in to meat.Oven simmer @ 325 degrees for 1 hour.Then add in mushrooms and bake 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till tender.
