Ingredients
- 10 cups cut up rhubarb
- 8 cups sugar
- 3 oranges
- 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
Method
- The original recipe calls for the oranges and the lemon to be put whole through a grinder. I use a food processor.
- Mix all ingredients well in a large stock pot.
- Boil for 20 minutes.
