Ingredients
- 16 halves boneless chicken breasts
- 2 glasses dry beef
- 2 sm. cartons lowfat sour cream
- 16 strips thin sliced bacon
- 2 cans chicken mushroom soup
Method
- Roll each chicken breast up in 1 strips of bacon.
- Lay in single layer (like cinnamon rolls) in buttered casserole dish.
- Combine chipped beef (cut up), mushroom soup and lowfat sour cream.
- Pour over chicken.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hrs.
