Ingredients
- 2 shallots, chopped fine
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 4 tsp. ginger root, chopped fine
- 4 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. chile flakes (red pepper flakes)
Method
- Mix together.
- Great on steak, shrimp or chicken.
