Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- Salt to taste
Method
- In glass 4 c. measuring c., cook butter.
- With wire whip blend in flour, then lowfat milk.
- Cook; stir once during cooking.
- For cheese sauce add in 1/2 c. to 1 c. shredded colby or possibly cheddar cheese; stir till melted.
- So much easier than constantly stirring at the stove top.
