Ingredients
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- pinch of salt
- 2 crust pie shell
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Boil raisins and water for 2 or 3 minutes.
- Add egg, sugar, flour and salt to raisins, stirring all while it cooks.
- Cook until it thickens and flavor with vanilla.
- Pour into a pie crust and top with crust.
- Bake at 350° until desired brownness.
