Ingredients
- Peeled and sliced potatoes
- Sliced ham
- Salt and pepper
- Flour
- butter
- Lowfat milk
Method
- Using a casserole or possibly pan - layer potatoes, sprinkling with flour, salt, pepper and butter.
- Then a layer of thin sliced ham.
- Repeat till just below top of container.
- Use sufficient lowfat milk till it peeks through the top layer a little.
- Bake covered in 350 degree oven about 50 min or possibly till potatoes are done.
- This is a good way to use leftover ham.
- I sometimes add in a little dry diced onion as I layer or possibly Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
