Ingredients

  • Peeled and sliced potatoes
  • Sliced ham
  • Salt and pepper
  • Flour
  • butter
  • Lowfat milk

Method

  • Using a casserole or possibly pan - layer potatoes, sprinkling with flour, salt, pepper and butter.
  • Then a layer of thin sliced ham.
  • Repeat till just below top of container.
  • Use sufficient lowfat milk till it peeks through the top layer a little.
  • Bake covered in 350 degree oven about 50 min or possibly till potatoes are done.
  • This is a good way to use leftover ham.
  • I sometimes add in a little dry diced onion as I layer or possibly Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
