Ingredients
- 1 c. oleo
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- Cream together oleo, 2 cups sugar and eggs.
- Sift together flour and baking powder.
- Add together sour cream, vanilla and salt.
- Grease and flour Bundt pan.
- Pour in 1/2 of batter; top with 1/2 of mixture of pecans, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar. Put other 1/2 of batter in pan and top with remaining half of pecan mixture.
- Press in.
- Bake 1 hour at 300°.
- You can double pecans, cinnamon and sugar for a richer cake.
