Ingredients

  • 1 c. oleo
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Method

  • Cream together oleo, 2 cups sugar and eggs.
  • Sift together flour and baking powder.
  • Add together sour cream, vanilla and salt.
  • Grease and flour Bundt pan.
  • Pour in 1/2 of batter; top with 1/2 of mixture of pecans, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar. Put other 1/2 of batter in pan and top with remaining half of pecan mixture.
  • Press in.
  • Bake 1 hour at 300°.
  • You can double pecans, cinnamon and sugar for a richer cake.
