Ingredients

  • 1 (29 ounce.) jar fruits for salad
  • 2/3 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
  • 1 (7 ounce.) pkg. herb stuffing
  • 1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut in parts
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 (12 ounce.) jar orange marmalade

Method

  • Drain fruit; set aside.
  • Reserve 2/3 c. liquid.
  • Stir reserved liquid into real mayonnaise.
  • Stir constantly over medium heat till mix boils; add in stuffing.
  • Spread in 9x13x2 inch pan.
  • Add in chicken.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper; brush with additional real mayonnaise.
  • Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
  • Heat marmalade.
  • Arrange fruit around chicken.
  • Brush on marmalade.
  • Bake 15 min.
  • Garnish with parsley.
  • Serves 4.
