- 2 slices Swiss cheese, cut into strips
- 2 slices leg ham, cut into strips
- 45 g (1½ oz/¼ cup) cooked chicken
- 4 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 hard-boiled egg, diced
- 2 lettuce leaf cups
- 1 tablespoon light French dressing
Method
1. Combine the cheese, ham, chicken, tomato, and egg in a bowl.
2. Serve the salad in the lettuce cups in an airtight container. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
