Ingredients
- 2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 15 whole peppercorns
- 1 bay leaf (whole)
Method
- Combine.
- Bring to a boil.
- Let steep for 1/2 hour. Bring back to a boil.
- Add fish.
- Cook until white (1 to 2 minutes). Serve with lemon and melted margarine.
