Ingredients
- 8 oz. small macaroni shells, cooked and cooled
- about 1 lb. seafood (crabmeat, cooked shrimp or imitation crabmeat), diced
- 1 c. diced celery
- 2 Tbsp. shredded carrot
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. small frozen peas, microwave 7 minutes and cool
- 4 oz. jar diced pimentos
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Moisten with real mayonnaise.
- Add seasoned salt, garlic and onion powder or salt to taste.
